Companies, non-governmental organizations, cooperatives and organizations that comply with current regulations can access the development funds.  Such as:

  • Companies with proven experience in the rural development field except for experiences with research purposes or inclusion of a value chain which is underdeveloped at the regional and / or national level.
  • Companies, cooperatives and NGOs that show solvency and work teams for the development of the project with other organizations.
  • Organizations with capacity of generating strategic linkages with other projects developed by the FIDEI.
  • Funding-recipient partners must have the ability to install formats for tracking, monitoring, generating local counterpart and implementing external audits requested by the FIDEI.

Priority will be given to:

  • Undertakings of strategic sectors that generate productive linkages and develop an efficient-scale production, with a high component in the management and preservation of natural resources.
  • Projects oriented towards achieving progress in matters of competitiveness and production efficiency; market development and product differentiation; and commercial transparency and fairness in the distribution of income towards the inner part of the chain.
